How do I return an item?

Return and Refund Policy:

Original order ID number or sales receipt number must accompany returns.

We accept returns for exchange or refund within 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

• without showing signs of wear, stain or damage in any way

• within 30 calendar days of the delivery date (if after 30 days: see our Quality Warranty)

• must not be a special order or a custom order (instead, see our Quality Warranty)

• unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 30 days noted in that item's particular item description.

After 30 calendar days of delivery, we will offer an exchange, store credit or refund if the issue qualifies under our Quality Warranty.

Our Quality Warranty: If it's a quality issue, we will send you a replacement item for free (when available) or issue a refund. Normal wear and tear is not covered.

If an item is delivered damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact our Customer Support ([email protected] ) immediately. Items delivered that are defective, incorrect, damaged or items show quality issues after 30 days will qualify for replacement items, store credit or a refund (see our Quality Warranty for details).

Refunds are contingent upon a standard inspection of item(s) once we receive the returned item(s).

All returned items are subject to our standard inspection upon arrival:

- If the returned item is in the original conditions but missing the item's original packaging (including the plastic protection bags/sleeves), a possible restocking fee (10%-25% of the item value) may be deducted from the refund, depending on the reason for return.

- If the returned item is not in the original conditions (such as damaged, scratched or got dirty), a restocking fee (25%-50% of the item value) will be deducted from the refund, depending on the reason for return.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
